I love to cook! AND....I love to eat! So it all happened that when talking about soups and Swiss Chard on Kat's Cubit, we decided to make one about Just Swiss Chard. OH, maybe that should be the name of this Cubit. What do you think?????

You are on!!!! Play with it, too...I am technically inept and have always begged for help.... Put a banner up...whatever? Maybe a banner showing lots of thin people so everyone will come!!!!

Making Kale Chips tonight to go with Broccoli Cheddar Soup....I finally was successful with the chips...had to look up a video on UTube. Then I bought two pizza trays...ya'know with the holes in the bottom which I hope will cook them even better!!!

Thanks, Wendy...you are a dear..

BitBit has a great Cubit on Urban Gardening... which I consider is what I do as my available growing areas are very limited.

My guess is that those orange things are stalks from a Rainbow Chard....

I didn't deep fry the fritters...just cooked them like pancakes...

We were teasing bitbit about the need to have an avatar. She is now a chard.

I love the combo of garlic and raisins together in olive oil. I have a friend who makes a focaccia with spinach, garlic, olive oil, sea salt and raisins. It is wonderful!

Even better, like pancakes. Then the SO would eat them too! Must share recipe if it works out. And I don't know why it wouldn't. Thumbs up

Basically I like them because I am lazy and they are so easy....

combine what you want to use with 2 eggs and 1 tablespoon of flour, drop on a skillet and cook!!! Thinking it's a great vehicle for chard/kale stems too! Am going to try with squash/pumpkin...

Make them really thin like crepes and use like tacos with some feta cheese inside?

I think we are on to something good here!!! Whistling
