This is an incredible foodie site which I really like.... http://www.food52.com There is a recipe for ONE POT KALE AND QUINOA PILAF which sounds wonderful/easy and easy to use Chard to substitute. It is really easy and yummy. (I add garlic because I add garlic to everything!!). I think it would taste good with toasted cumin seed too. Big Grin

Another from the same site...they use cabbage and scallions...but I think Chard would taste just fine!!!

Yes...it is a great site. I made the Slow Cooked Pork Tacos and they are really easy. I didn't have all the different peppers but it came out really well anyway!!! Big Grin
