| Ah, that wonderful Marine Layer! When I lived in San Pedro I would look forward to some weekends in Palm Springs in June and remember buying a 4th of July Patriotic sweater (something that gave my family in Dallas the heebee jeebees). Now, I live here and long to drive to the ocean to luxuriate in some moist cool air. I don't think there was any type of plant from tropicals to cactus that you didn't see growing in someone's yard there and often times all in one yard. |
