Thanks for getting this started! I was grammysgardenAZ in DG! I sell jams, jellies and pickled everything(well almost) at Farmer's Markets so I can 3-4 days a week and look for inspiration.

I make and sell jams and jellies. My top of the line is Spicy Tomato Jam. Its great on pancakes, french toast, waffles and hot bisquits. Also I've used it as a glaze on chicken and pork. Thumbs up

Marti, I do exactly the same thing but I pickle anything I can catch! I have a kitchen and process for Farmer's Markets. Best job I ever made! I recently made my first batch of Spiced Tomato as customers were asking for it. I do a snack mustard that goes like crazy. And they are loving all the marmalade! I also do several hot sweet jams with either mixed chilies or habanaros.

We've had our first couple of orders and are having fun making the jelly and jam.Even our neighbor came over and bought 2 jars and now wants 2 more.

I have a recipe for Root Beer jelly that I'm going to try. If its good I'll put it in the store.
