Container Gardening with KatG: ENTER OUR EARLY CONTAINER GARDEN CONTEST!

EARLY CONTAINER CONTEST

Well, I know that many of you are still sitting in cold weather, dreaming of the time you can get out and start planting and creating! So how about we have a contest based on past container efforts?

What type of Containers should you enter?

Any type of container planting - it can be a pot of single specimens, a mixed container, a raised bed or something very unique you used for a container. It's also fine to enter photo's that you've already posted on this site. To be fair, judging will be conducted by all cubit members and will be anonymous.

General Contest Guidelines:

You must be a member of "the Container Gardening with Katg" cubit to enter and judge.

There will be a limit of 2 contest entries per person.

Entries must be received by April 10th when voting will commence.

How to Enter:

C-Mail me a photo of your Entry along with a description of the container and plants used and I will post it on a Contest Database anonymously for all cubit members to view. This forum will be visible as soon as contest entries are received.

On April 10th, we will open up the voting for 1 week.

The Winner will receive:

A beautiful Female Head Planter just in time for Spring planting

The Winner will be announced on April 18th, 2010

For now...C-Mail me your entries. Further announcements will be made under a separate forum as to how voting will be handled.

Unfortunately due to shipping costs...this contest is limited to entrants from the Continental United States. If you are out of this area you are still able to enter but if you are selected as the winner you would be responsible for any additional shipping charges or duty that exceeds any normal costs or you can make alternate plans to have the item shipped to a US address or recipient within the continental US.
