Oh, I can see it now......matching little outhouses with petunias spilling out of the commode and silver falls dichondra out of the tank and each little structure covered in ivy! With doors propped open and stained glass crescent moons in the doors.

Charleen says she's going to Lowes tonight to get one. I have one sitting in the basement and might bring it up to my sunny room and plop non hardy succulents (still in their pot) in each pocket to overwinter. Bet it works great and not too messy cause you barely water them in winter.

Not much, the pockets are 2 1/2 '' deep and about 4'' wide. Maybe 1/2 cup soil. I made it a fast drainage and there is a hole in the back.
Other pic is the back, before planting.
So, just a bit smaller than a 4" pot. That should work! Going to be cute when those plants get really going. I do like the little figurines! Very nice touch.

thank you, dear Woofie. i enjoyed trying to figure out what to put in those partitions. Said if you don't want to fill them all, could put spagnum in there til you decided to plant them. but once I got going I was running here and ther to get plants to pop in the little holes.
Hmmm, something else you could do with a gizmo like that would be to maybe just put decorative stones or glass or marbles in random pockets. Ah, the possibilities!
