| Hetty...I really like Vinca. The only problem is that it spreads all over. I had some that lasted so long in pots on the lanai but It actually dropped seeds and started sprouting up between the pavers. So if her raised bed is on a lawn or other dirt...the stuff is going to spread. I think you're probably looking for something that lasts a little longer...how about something like this crazy Indian Frills coleus. This one is nearly covering the pot.
