Garden Buddies: Payment - Shipping - Returns

PAYMENT: I prefer PayPal, but will also accept money orders. Since I charge actual shipping costs, I will calculate your total including shipping and will contact you within 24 hours of your purchase - usually much quicker. If I don’t receive a response from you to that C-Mail/E-Mail within 3 days I will assume you are no longer interested in purchasing the item(s) and it will be re-listed and your order cancelled. Please contact me immediately if you need to make other arrangements, I’ll be happy to work with you.

SHIPPING: I will ship via 1st Class mail 1-2 business days after your payment clears. Shipping will be added to the purchase price of your item(s). You can combine items to save on shipping. 

All items numbers beginning with PP- will ship Priority mail.  You will be charged the actual shipping cost based on weight and your zip code.

You can also combine items from Garden Buddies with items from my Timber Treasure Cubit Click here for Timber Treasures. Just be sure to send me a C-Mail or E-Mail letting me know you will be combining orders from these two stores.

RETURNS: I'm happy to answer any questions you may have prior to making a final decision on purchasing any item. I am confident that you will be pleased when you receive your order. I take great care in packing the items and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you do have any questions or concerns after receipt, please contact me immediately. If it is determined that you need to return an item I will provide a return authorization number and the item may be returned to me at your expense. Only the cost of item will be refunded, shipping costs and PayPal fees are non-refundable. Item must be returned in original packaging within 7 days.
