Thanks everyone! :) Carol I'm actually south of Seattle, I'd tell you places to sight see but I don't know of any up by Bellingham! Plumania if you're alright with it, I'm sure you could just tuck the cuttings somewhere safe! For the specifics of the law, I would look up the agricultural department for your state. You may even need to send an email asking about cuttings. If you do, let us know what you find out please! (Woopse, is it a problem if we get too off topic?) edit: Oh!
