I prefer my dafffs just like that jmorth--random clumps. I have a couple kinds blooming and others still tight bud.

The Hellebores must be a nice contrast to all the yelowyellowyellow (and some white) of the daffs right now.

Well they would be if any of my daffs would soon bloom. Hilarious!
Aw Sheryl that is a shame. Maybe if I can find some seedlings I will have some to share.
Here are a few more pics.

That's so generous of you, Holly - thank you - but I know that you probably want to get a nice patch going. But thank you.

Besides, it would give me nothing to whine about with Barry!

Barb, That one is Golden Lotus I ordered two of them I only have one blooming. Not sure if the other one made it or just hasn't started blooming yet. They were ordered in 2009 and this one is still pretty small with only one flower. I would love more of those.

Beautiful hellies!
It happens in a flash, but the memory of it last forever. It can not be borrowed or stolen, and it is of no earthly good until it is given away. So if in your hurry you meet someone who is too weary to smile, leave him one of yours, for no one needs a smile quite as much as he who has none to give...

Tried to grab a couple of out-door shots, but everything but this one came out bad, too much of a hurry.

But here's a bunch of tulips I put in last fall - they're *really* short, which is kind of nice on this windy hill....

Pretty tulips. Do you have a name for them. I have some really short ones that came from a DG Co-op must look and see if I can ID them. I will get a picture if I can. I need to get some more spring pics.
