| This wonderful Aromatic dish is easier than you may think. Read my article on the tasty dish. http://cubits.org/Neil/articles/view/864/ Regards. Neil. ![]() ![]() |

| This looks a lot more appetizing than Haggis. |
| Dear all, what it says on Google about Haggis is the old way of making it! With the Hygiene Act and Health and safety they are not allowed to make it or use them ingredients anymore at all! Even the outside skin is synthetic now not what it says on Google! The only way of getting it the old way is to make it yourself and even then you would have trouble as some bits are illegal to sell. Nowadays it is minced lamb with spices and oatmeal! Regards. Neil. |

| Thank goodness! (I'd still rather eat a 3 legged bird! Woman on the eastbound train ...........................................Je Suis Désolé. (also a mule lovin', Charley huggin' girl) |

| See now Neil, I think you must read this: http://www.electricscotland.com/haggis/haggis1.html. They clearly CAN swim and flying is negligible at best! Woman on the eastbound train ...........................................Je Suis Désolé. (also a mule lovin', Charley huggin' girl) |

| Neil, a long time ago you mentioned a Green tomato chutney and I have searched for your recipe. Is it somewhere here and if not, will you please post it? Thanks! |

| Neil - I see that you say your "mother is a Geordie". What does that mean, exactly? My Dad's name was George, and his sisters called him "Geordie" as a dimunitive form of George, I thought. I didn't realize that it was a ?last? name... |
| Dear Susan, to be a Geordie means you come from Newcastle in north east England. It is not a second name of someone. To be a Cockney you are born in London, and to be a Scouser you come from Liverpool! Regards. Neil. |
| Thank you, Neil for the clarification - my father's family came from Yorkshire! Susan |
| Neil...you are TOO funny by half!! Leap. The net will appear. |

| Thank you Neil - I was puzzled as to the "funny" part too..... guess I'm just a literal person, and although I have my funny side, I thought this was straightforward |
| Neil, for some reason I cannot open the Geordie's site, but will keep trying because that's the end of England my Dad's folks were from.......... |
