Photo Contests~August 2012

We will have 3 contests running this month.

Scavenger Hunt, will run from August 1 thru August 24.
The winners announcement will be posted on August 31.
You will have a list of 10 items. You do not need to post pictures of all of them.

The list of hunt items is:

1. Bowls
2. roses
3. forks
4. garden tools
5. seeds
6. candy
7. puzzles
8. lamps
9. hearts
10. stones

There are no bonus points for submitting all ten items. However, the more items you photograph and submit, the better the odds that one or more of your pictures will win a ribbon. If you have more than 6 pictures I will chose your best 6.

There will also be 2, two week long, photo contests.

ANIMAL
This contest will be open for entries on August 6 thru August 17. The Subject will be animal-this can be any kind of animal, living, statue or toy. You may post up to 4 pictures
The winners announcement will be posted on August 20.

LIGHT
Open for entries August 20 thru August 31.

The subject is Light, think of ways you can use light to effect your photograph. You may post up to 4 pictures for this one also

Winners will be posted on Sept 4th (due to the Labor Day holiday on Monday)

In each contest there will be a "People's Chose Award" Everyone can vote. Just send your choice by C-mail to wren.
