| No stakes, please. I am Kathleen, and I am a Christian, but as I said in the Welcome Forum, we have fairies in the garden and a stone circle in the side yard. One of the stones is a sleeping dragon (or a really grumpy rock man, or possible a really grumpy rock man that was swallowed by the dragon who is now sleeping it off). I do believe in one creator God, capital G, and like Gandhi, like Christ but have some problems with "CHRISTIANS". There are members of my mother's family who pray about me a lot. The rest of us know things, have connections with animals and are occasionally just a little freaky. I'm 58, married to an obsessed dairy farmer. We have 3 Border Collies and no cats, 90 Holsteins of various ages, two daughters and 4 grandchildren, not necessarily in that order of importance. As farmers, we have great respect for the earth and have tried to care for it over the years. |
