I know it is a flowering epiphyllum/schlumbergia or something....but not a clue which or what!!!

It is an epiphyllum. There are so many hybrids I think it's almost impossible to get an exact ID.

Sure is a beauty though!!

How do you tell the difference between an Epi and a shlumbergia?

An Epi usually has long strap like leaves. Schlumbergia are like what we call Christmas or Easter cactus.
