Dear nap, everyone knows you and appreciates the work you have done and do which has made so many people happy. Your kind comments to me on Articles and other things I have done have always cheered me up, especially as we are 3000 miles apart. What you and Sharon achieved was quite remarkable, for we got to know people not by name, but by how special they all are on cubits. For all you Sharon and Brenda have done we should all be thankful and we know you will continue whatever you say. My nephew loved to read your Articles and it fascinated him it as it was all the way from America! Then when he first saw and talked to someone on skype who you all know, he thought that was the icing on the cake and told everyone at school about it. Then a package arrived from America addressed to him and he was most excited to open it. When he did it was a T-shirt with a picture of Charley the mule and the UK Fan Club letters on it. I wonder who did that? Don't be shy nap you deserve the credit. Kindest Regards from a cold England. Neil & Sarah. + Phoenix. p.s. Another fan of yours my nephew yesterday not wearing a Charley the mule T-shirt which is rare!! ![]()

Neil! Your message was the perfect way to start my day! (It's 7:30 am here in Buffalo, New York.) You have always known just the right thing to say. And that is a gift! Sharon touched on that "family in dire need" who has been the focus of my attention lately. Maybe in some other cubit threads you might have seen photos of them, or read some of my stories. But it's not only about helping them in their struggle to live in a different culture. It merely started out that way. Now it has grown into a permanent place in my heart for them, and particularly for their little boy. He's much younger than your nephew, but it makes me happy to think that there's a boy over on another continent who knows me! Hello, nephew! God bless you! "Till we meet again..."

Dear nap, I will copy your post and send it to Alfie my nephew as he will be delighted it came from you and all the way from America! I work for a military charity as a Caseworker and see people in dire need everyday and we help out to our ability. Thanks to the great generosity of the British public we can do a lot to help all those in need. My work is voluntary and I love it although it takes a lot of training and patience plus sometimes it can be quite dangerous. In our club we have American world war II vets and Vietnam vets as they are welcome and get on really well with everyone. You keep up the good work on the other side of the pond and I will do my bit here. Neil & Alfie. + Phoenix.
