This is probably our favorite Spring Thing ~ Injected Strawberries Dipped in Chocolate
Put a large bag of chocolate chips in a bowl; cover with plastic wrap and set out in the sun.
Mix half strawberry liquer and half Grand Marnier liquer together and fill injector.
Inject strawberries at stem end. Some will leak out & you will have a little mess. When you get them all done place them on some paper toweling to drain and dry off a bit.
Add 1 T oil to melted chocolate and stir thoroughly. Now dip each strawberry 3/4 of the way up the side of the berry.
Drop immediately into a bowl of ice water. You can remove the berries to paper toweling to drain & dry off a bit.
Arrange on a serving dish that you have pre-chilled in the freezer.
