List of Ingredients
1st Layer:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup pecans
Mix and pat into 9 x 13" pan
Bake 15 minutes in preheated 375 deg. oven or until lightly browned
Cool
2nd Layer
1 cup Cool Whip; thawed
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese
Mix together
Beat until fluffy
Pour over cooled crust |

3rd Layer:
2 pkgs. Instant butterscotch pudding or any flavor you desire
3 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3rd Layer:
2 pkgs. Instant butterscoth pudding or any flavor you desire
3 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix with beater and pour over 2nd layer
4th Layer:
Frost with Cool Whip
Sprinkle with finely chopped nuts
Refrigerate at least 4 hours or over night
