2 tablespoons canned chipotle chiles 1 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish 1/4 cup onion, minced

Preparation

Rinse chiles. Discard seeds and veins. In a blender, puree chiles and mayonnaise. Stir in relish and onion. Makes about 1 1/3 cups.
