Thanks to one of my sisters help I'm able to share another recipe with you.

Blackberry Cobbler

Since the blackberries have gotten ripe here my husband has had me make this quite often.
You could substitute other berries if you wish.

I'll try for a picture but he grabs it almost as soon as it comes out of the oven. I'll just tell him no eating until it's picture is took LOL

OK ladies I'll try to make another one soon and post a picture for you all.

Arlene his one scoop would take out half the dish which is why I only make the small size LOL He loves blackberry cobbler and it is a comfort food for him as his mom made it every year as soon as there were enough blackberries ripe. Her recipe is more traditional and more time comsuming in the preparation area. I don't have it because she was one of those who cooked from memory most of the time.
