I made this as part of a turkey dinner we had for our son Chris when he visited us yesterday. It was different and it went over ok but give me my mahsed potatoes anytime.

Ingredients
10 New Potatoes (or other small, round potatoes
2 small garlic cloves
Olive oil
Kosher salt
Black Pepper

Place potatoes in cold salted water

bring to a boil (about 20 minutes

while the potatoes are boiling make some garlic infused oliveil by taking three tablespoons of olive oil and gently warming it in a small pan. peel and smash the garlic cloves and put them in the oil. let it sit in he oil until the potatoes are done.

Preheat ovgen to 450 degrees

Generously oil a cookie sheet. Place the potatoes on the sheet and GENTLY squish them with a fork until you flatten them slightly. Base them with the garlic oil and put salt and pepper on them.

Bake on top rack of your oven for 20-25 minutes

As you can see, i might have crushed the potatoes a bit to much but the recipe worked well.

Love these! I got a similar recipe off The Pioneer Woman's site. You should check out her site she has some great recipes.

I have this theory that chocolate slows down the aging process.... It may not be true, but do I dare take the chance?
