Well, I've been kind of lurking. I need to upload a couple of photos. My garlic is doing pretty well. I thought it was dead as I planted it in fall and this winter was so harsh for our area. But no, even the Eqyptian Walking Onions are back.
Unbelievable that I am in the same zone as Texans and Georgians, but I looked it up on the USDA weather zone map and I guess I am in zone 8. Our summers are Wa-a-ay cooler, though. Just that it's usually mild in winter here, I guess. I said Usually....'cause we had such a nasty cold spell in mid Dec. and I lost many plants that normally go through with flying colors. It has also been an unusually wet and cold spring, too. My beans are struggling along and so it the corn. Any day now we will have warm weather, I hope, or everything will catch cold.
I am a newbie to Cubits, but I have started one called---
