| i think the opposite. firfst of all, whee do these replacmeent refs come from.?? have you seen some of thecalls made by them that are so way off it's mind boggling how they make these calls. for instance, last night on the last play of the gfame the QB of the seahawks thros up a hail mary pass into the end zone. the reply clearlyshows oneof the green bay packers catching the ballandhen falling onto the player from the sea hawks. oneref calls it a touchdown andthe other calls it an interception. after a few minutes the touchdown is signaled. that cost green bay thegame. in the oakland game a p;layerfor oakland is hit helmet to helmet when he doesn't even have the ballandthe ref does not call a penalty. in the new england game therefs call an unbelievable 321 penalties. in teh sanfran game sanfran used up all of it's timeouts but when they signaledfor a time out it wasgiven to them. in another game a 15 yard penalty was given to a team but the yardage was marked off the wrong way. it goes on and on. from what i undestandofthesituation, the nfl wantsto hire full time refs and paythem about 200,000 a year. some of the current refs are laywers and doctors who make more than that with their own practice plus whatever money them make for dong the football games. i can't undesandwhatthenfl is trying to do here. ifthe players think they can get away with hitting someone thats illegal and get awaywith it then someone is going to get hurt really bad visit http://www.cookfromtheheart.com frank I'm so old that when I was born the Dead Sea wasn't even sick. |

| As to the Packer game, I can't type what aI think, although if the Pack had played better during thee first half the situation wouldn't have made any difference. Green Bay has over 100 thousand owners of which I am one. We all ought to complain to the league office. |

| It is very hard on the replacement officials. Hope they do a better job in their league. Much more holding & cheap shotss going on. You would think the the players act like pros. |
