| Actually Pegi, your story reminds me of a event that happened to me, not nearly so profound as your mom's encounter, but I've always wondered. This was years ago when I started working for an insurance adjusting firm and I was going on an assignment across town. Well, I wasn't used to traveling far, especially on the freeways in Houston so I was traveling on infamiliar highways and roads. As I was driving along a ramp, in the far right lane, a car came up behind me flashing it's lights.. that's when I realized that the car in front of me was not moving, apparently stranded or broke down? I looked back to see if the car that was flashing was still there so I could safely change lanes, but it was gone! I mean it had vanished into thin air. I've always wondered about that.... Maybe it was a spirit guide?? |
