I found a no-knead sourdough bread on You Tube. It uses 1 cup of starter, 1 cup of water, 2 teaspoons of salt and 3 cups of flour. I bake it in a crockery chicken cooker and although I am still tweaking the baking time, it turns out really beautiful!
