OK, so this isn't technically a banana, but they are often lumped in the banana category. This is one of my favorite plants. I keep it in partial shade and the leaves have a really beautiful blueish green color.
This was taken last fall, and I'm excited to report it is now blooming. Also sad, because that means the end of the plant.

I'm very excited because it's starting to bloom, but sad because that means the plant will die. It does have some babies, though!

LOl me too, Susan! Then I could help you plant all those bulbs!! I love getting my hands in the dirt and planting new things! It is such a blessing then to watch the beauty come to life!!
Which reminds me, I need to get up and repot my siam ruby and get her set up outside until winter. It is hard putting her out there! Lol. Aww, the separation....

Oh Boy, I got my musella! It is absolutley Gorgeous!!! I love it. I have never seen anything like these! Another plant I will have a yard full of, Thankyou Susan!! Hurray!
