Birding in Western Washington forum: Bird arrival

On Wednesday of this week, (April 7th), I had a bare tree decorated like Christmas with house finches. I had had a few prior to this, but these must be new arrivals. Also, a bunch of pine siskins showed up at about the same time. Maybe things are starting to move forward (North) again. Hummingbirds are still pretty scarce, however.
