I really enjoyed this movie which show just how horrible the movie studios acted during that time in history.

Dalton Trumbo played by Bryan Cranston was a very successful and wealthy screen writer who became one of "The Ten" writters who lost their livelihood and who were forced to write scripts under differet names for sleazy movie studios in order to make a living.

It shows how Edward G Robinson, who was once part of The Ten threw them under the bus in order to make movies and how Kirk Douglas and Otto Preminger (sp) stood up for them.

Try to see this if you can

I loved this movie. I thought Bryan Cranston did a great job. Are you watching the Oscars Sunday night?

we usually go upstairs to watch them and make a contest to see who picks the most winners but I am afraid there will be too much controversy this year so maybe I will skip it.
