 | Hi to all!
First of all I would like to thank my dear friend Janet for setting up a forum in her Cubit for my Brazilian bugs!
I have been fortunate to have made a wonderful trip to a part of Brazil in the state Rio in the surroundings of the small historical colonial town Paraty, known for its still unspoiled nature with gorgeous rain forests, mountains, rivers and wild beaches as the sea is not far off.
And not a small part of all this overwhelming wealth is the richness in bugs of all kinds, of which some I even couldn't figure out to what family they could belong. What a grand design, what a fantasy, all combinations seem to be possible! I found awesome beauties but also ‘ugly’ weirdos not less interesting.
I would like to share them with you and be welcome to comment on them in the 'Comments and Discussion' thread. |
