Well, I could be wrong, it wouldn't be the first or last time!
It just looks a lot like the ones I have. It does take them a while to grow a caudex from an offset.

Euphorbia greenwayi (or greenwayii). You can google for photos.

The plant on the far right of the second picture looks like a light-starved Haworthia cooperi (not sure of the species, but it does look like a haworthia.)
