Mammoth™ Red Daisy Garden Mum
Chrysanthemum morifolium 'Red Daisy'
Deep red, yellow-centered flowers that mature to antique rose engulf the dense foliage creating a neat dome of color for more than a month. Bred by the University of Minnesota to withstand very cold winter temperatures. Superb for borders, edging, large containers or mass plantings. Herbaceous.

I love that pretty chrysanthemum! we will have to find its name!!

I saw this on our walk yesterday, growing on the path of the woods... don't know what it is but it looks familiar??

The leaaves look like Joe Pye weed and the flower looks like an aster...very pretty guess we have a few to search out!!

I wonder if your flower is either a shasta daisy or gerbera daisy....

I might have found the name of that wildflower... blue mistflower.
which I am very excited about since it attracts butterflies.

Love the flower Arejay. Christine, I have that same flower -2 kinds of it. One just like yours and another with the exact bloom ,same color and shapes and all but a different lacey leaf on it. They both hardy here and self sow, for more. Very pretty.

mekos, I was wondering because when looking up the blue mistflower, some of the pictures showed different leaves but they were all calling it blue mistflower. It's growing way off near the woods... I thought I would watch it to get a couple of the seeds to bring up closer to the house. Sticking tongue out

I have a plant getting buds on and I have no idea what it is, I lost the order reciept, it has a white plastic wrapper tied on it but the writing was all gone, when it blooms I will post a picture and hope someone can ID for me

I love fennel. I have seeds that I didn't plant this year... I think they will still be good for next spring.

Oh, thank you. next year will be better with all the butterfly weed seeds I am getting. The Monarchs came in but they were late. Love them all.
did You find my picture yet???? Been beautiful today. the weather can stay like this year round. I love it.
