Is there a quick and easy way to re-size pictures? Right now I'm e-mailing to myself (this here beast automatically re-sizes), opening mail and saving the sent picture. Duh...yes I'm a dummy, but I know there has to be an easier way. Each cloud has a silver lineing if only you look for it.

I use ACDC for re-sizing and other applications of my pictures...like add text, change colors of backgrounds, etc. It is a free download...check it out. http://cubits.org http://cubits.org/gourds/ http://cubits.org/Diabetes/ http://cubits.org/DMEnterprises/store Tahlmorra lujhala mei wiccan (The fate of a man rests always within the hands of the gods)

Faststone Photo Resizer is a great program & it's freeware - http://www.faststone.org/FSResizerDetail.htm It allows you to do multiple photos at one time (batch mode). It allows you to crop, resize, add text & watermarks, add borders, and a couple of other things. I've been using it for a couple of years now with no problems.

Sounds like a couple of good programs there! Great input.

OK...I downloaded Faststone, but then I didn't know what to do. Each cloud has a silver lineing if only you look for it.

Ginger, If you would like to cmail me your phone number and a time that I can call you, I can walk you through it over the phone. Otherwise, I have cut & pasted the instructions from the help section of the program - ![]() It's fairly simple once you get the hang of it. Carol

Carol....that is so sweet of you! I'm still on dial-up so if I'm on the net you'll get a busy signal. You might want to give me your number also...if we don't recognize a number we usually don't answer. Been schlepping in the yard, so I haven't taken any real time to explore the site. Thanks so much, Ginger OOPS....just realized I included my #s here....will c-mail them to you. DUH...yet another "grey moment" Each cloud has a silver lineing if only you look for it.
