You are more than welcome to post your list on the Semp Chat thread, Sedum Chat also. I didn't see what you ordered. I'll have to go back and look.It is fun to see what everyone is getting. Don't forget you can post in the trade forums if you have extras this summer to trade or sell. You can also post for something you are looking for. I should have the new Database that Dave is working on up and running soon. When that happens I can finish posting what I have into it. Sure looking forward to that. You can also post pictures into it. I don't have very many pictures at this time.
I really look forward to your Cubit getting going so I can learn how to do this Hypertufa. : )

So you already got your Semps? How wonderful. You are more than welcome to use my trading forum. Usually one end of a trade has the plant, but the other side of the trade can be whatever you want to trade. (Want to trade tufa pots for Semps.) From there it is between you and whoever wants to make the trade. There is a link explaining how to do a trade. The responsiblity is always between the two parties trading. I started doing it about 6 months ago on DG. It was wonderful. You can also post a picture with your request so they can see what the semp looks like. Be pretty specific on what you expect. How many semps and size, our what size the tufa is, etc. If it is semps you are interested in be sure to use the Sempervivum Trade Forum. If you have any questions just ask. : )

That is where I learned about trading. Until then I didn't know people where doing it through the mail. It is so much fun and can be a money saving thing also.

I mentioned on your other forum that I have a turtle stepping stone form. Instead of adding mosiacs into the indentation just start building sides and adding a hole for drainage. . Think I'll try in later this week and see what I get. I'm sure I can do it. Using the turtles forms on the left in the photo.

Charleen, those are wonderful. I was just thinking about maybe scooping out some of the middle adding drainage holes and potting medium and planting them. Where do you get those molds?
What you did with those is really interesting. Those would be great sitting in different flower beds. Thumbs up

I got those at Hobby Lobby. I never thought about taking the center out. Why not just put a hollow (cut-off bleach bottle) in there and pour the cement? hmmmmm....May have to do that. Great Idea Lynn.

Get the turtle Lynn. It has an oval depression for the mosiac, but I am going to use a bowl in the center and por the concrete around it.
Yes, you did get. somrtimes we need another set of brains to help us.

You are looking at the weight, girl. The weight is hold the pan down on the turtle.
Plain old cement in the yellow bag. I keep it in one of those big plastic tubs with lids. Keeps concrete fresh year round.
I got the face at Hobby Lobby. I think it was in plaster department, but she has never seen plaster, only cement. I put that on the butterfly.
decorateand glue then spread on the mosiac and wipe it down.
