I bet it is this:

Ipomoea aquatica
"Water Spinach", "Water Morning Glory", "Water Convolvulus", "Swamp Cabbage"

semi-aquatic, sub-tropical

Mandarin: "kong syin tsai" hollow heart vegetable
Thai: "phakbung"
Indonesia: "kangkung" or Kang Kong
