New Features for Members

Check out the new Article Watcher feature! To quote our resident Cubit Master Dave:

""You can now go to an article, scroll to the bottom and click on "Watch this article"

Once you are watching the article, any new threads that get posted to the article will automatically be added to your "Watched threads" list and will pop up on your cubits.org front page"

New Feature For Cubit Owners

Did you know that you can now upload an icon for each of your forums?

A couple of examples of the uses of this feature can be seen in the Echinaceas Cubit and in the Bug Life Cubit.

Stormyla (Mary) wrote me to mention a very interesting thread in her Mid Atlantic Musings Cubit. Written by member HollyAnnS, "My Life on The Water" is a remarkable tale of someone following their life's passion from early childhood into retirement.

In other news, Kathleen Tenpas has changed the name of her Cubit to Farming. She told me "I have upped the amp a bit and added some new forums about the politics of food, a forum for how to questions and answers and a farm diary forum". If you're farming now or dreaming about farming, check it out.

A new Cubit on the block!!

Gordo (Liz) has opened her new Cubit to the public. A Little Bit of Paradise. Says Liz:

" I've posted an amaryllis database and will be adding passiflora, brugmansia and tropical vines and plants soon. I've included some music, instructional videos about pollen collection and air-layering too. This is my first effort at a Cubit, so I'm really stoked."
