Cross your fingers please. The state is offering a severance package and I am applying for it. If selected, I will be eligible to take an early retirement. I have to apply by 1/4/11 and, if "chosen", I will be officially retired as of 1/31/11. I won't be told if I have been selected until the week of 1/25/11. Candee and waiting! oooh! I really dont like the snow here! I havent driven in it yet. I just bought some ice tires last week, but still dont want to drive on 4 inches of ice, much less walk on it!
