Cubit OWNER issues forum: Banning a member

I've got a person that keeps spamming the Hoya Cubit, went to ban them but they aren't a member of the Cubit. Is there anything we can do in a case like this?

Go ahead and put them on the banned list. That will block your cubit so they don't see it at all.
