Neil, I'm not even going to comment. lol, my regards to your long suffering mother!

Kathy Jo, our rhubarb looks good this year, but full of seed heads, which I should break out, but as no one here eats it anymore, I guess I'll leave. I like their strange green flowers.

There have been times this week, when looking out the window you could see the green shift to a deeper shade. The trees are still in baby leaf state, but the grass is gorgeous. My tulips, all but the very late and the very early, are in full bloom, with the exception of those the voles ate. I found a dead vole out in the yard and was quite pleased. I suppose the death of any of God's creatures should be looked upon as loss, but I just cant' bring myself to mourn the d***able rodents. Ah. well.
