| At long last, after camping out (or squatting?) in someone else's American Idol 2010 Cubit for a couple of years, we can now discuss all of our favorite (or least favorite) reality TV shows in a cubit with an all-encompassing title. Start new threads for each of the shows you're interested in discussing, please. You can also start general threads on the topic of reality TV or any other topic, for that matter. If you want to discuss TV dramas or comedies ("non-reality" shows), we can do that too. |

Wow! That was so quick! I just created this cubit a minute ago.  I've always been a reality-TV junkie and this year I'm finally going to be semi-retired and can watch it to my heart's content. |

| I can't believe I just found this! I watched every episode of X factor, and can't wait for Idol to start!! Survivor was a bit of a disappointment this year... but oh well, XFactor was on right after, so it was worth it! Thank you lord for DVR!! ;) |

| Well, Jae, not that I would admit it anywhere else but here, but I'm going to watch 'Toddler & Tiaras' at 10:00 tonight. Sue, start threads for your favorites ('Survivor' and such) and talk us into watching them. I'm afraid they're not ridiculous enough for me, but I'll give them a try. |

| Melissa! A new voice! I'm also looking forward to American Idol starting soon, and also I think The Biggest Loser starts this week, and The Voice will be back in February. Oh, boy! Last summer the garden and my work were taking up so much of my time that I was recording virtually everything and had almost no time to watch. I started watching my backlog of tapes today and found a whole episode of 'So You Think You Can Dance' that I hadn't ever seen. So exciting!!! |

| Thanks for the new Cubit, Zuzu! It makes up for this first week without X factor (boo hoo) I imagine I will get sucked into American Idol again, soon enough. Toddlers and Tiaras, oh just the promos get me riled up. Those kids and moms are in freakinunbuhleevable. I'll have to watch one so we can discuss it. | Sally, they are so much fun to discuss. I don't know who's worse -- the kids or their parents. The editing is masterful! As soon as a mother says her child is very nice, the next shot shows the child being absolutely beastly. |

| The only one I watch with any regularity is The Biggest Loser. I have checked out a few of the others and they just don't interest me, and I go ballistic with the Tots and Tiara's. So we won't go there. | I just finished watching this week's edition of 'Toddlers and Tiaras.' That show gives me something to laugh at every week. This time it was a glitz pageant, which means that the girls wear full makeup, fake hair, fake teeth, spray tans, and very sparkly dresses. One of the girls that was featured on the show was biracial, but she had to be spray-tanned too. Otherwise, she'd be lighter than all the white girls, who are tanned to a nice dark orange-brown. |
