Been there, Done that!
This is my first attempt at a standing crochet angel. I know things I will do different on the next one, but very pleased with her outcome.Thumb of 2012-01-29/haighr/a06bfd
Hair was made with braided thread and curled threads

Thanks, and yes there is and bigger and better!
This one has the breast cancer charms and is trimmed in silver metallic. What do you think she might bring $ at a local craft show?

18" tall and they are quite striking in person if I say so myself! On the silver one I used velcro to attach the ribbons so it could be changed to suit ones personal taste?

I would say they would be at least $30.00 to $50.00! How long do they take to make?

The crochet part takes about 3 hours for the small and 8 hours_+ for the large.
36 hours to starch and set up and
another 2 +_ hours to do the hair, curls, arms, bows and beads and assemble.
I really appreciate your input. I was thinking of asking $39 at the local show and a bit more at the big show at Christmas like about $49. Maybe I should split the difference and just say $41 each!
