I saw this recipe in a magazine and i tried it today. so simple and easy to make.

2 cups self rising flour
1 cup heavy cream

Mix the flour and heavy cream together until well blended. The dough will be a bit sticky. On a slightly floured surface, roll the dough into a 1/2 inch thick round. Use a two inch cutter to make the biscuits. Place them close together on a slightly greased cookie sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
