| This sounds superb! I tend to be fond of organ meats, not tough, liver, but I love chicken and calves liver. I've been craving it since reading your posts about organ meats, and just made myself liver and onions for lunch. Nobody else in the house will eat it, so its ALL MINE, LOL! |
