First Lionfish reported in the British Virgin Islands this week. Ginger Island, twenty five feet depth. Not captured

Well, the Nekton live aboard dive boats have ceased to be. But there were four or more Lionfish caught under or near the pier the next day.

More and more Lionfish here. After a cruise ship was docked, six were caught in the vicinity.

At least they are all smallish, three to six inches.

Big is fifteen inches
