Been there, Done that!
I thought it might be fun to post photos of our own "Works of Art" made in pink.

This is my very first Breast Cancer crinoline doily - It is called "Circle of Hope" made from a pattern from Annie's Attic.
I think it is fabulous and was a lot of fun to make.

Thank you, I am making quite a few of them at the present time working on 6 at a time. I want one to give each person in my local BC group and that is quite a challenge, but worthwhile! And I love doing it, it is a fun pattern to work on.

How delicately beautiful, Candee!
I love the little girls and their sun hats and big skirts.

What a clever pattern.

Oh thank you so much. I am having such fun making them and giving them away to our local awareness members. What a joy and I am astounded that I am still able to read and follow such an intricate pattern.

Having never knit or crocheted anything more intricate than a baby bootie, I am in awe! I love the way the pink ribbons are looped *around* their clasped hands.

Oh thanks you two. I am a bit in awe myself as I had stopped crocheting for about 25 years and then picked it up again when the grandbabies were born and have been at it ever since and it was like riding a bike!

Thank you my friend. It is tedious, but they are beautiful when finished. I am presently working on 6 at one time. I finished two more last evening and will deliver them tonight at my BCA meeting.

2 or 3 dozen made up, wow. How do you make them in some sort of mold? You could bring Charlie over to "Hands at work" and tell us how you do it there if you want? Whistling

Charleen, What a surprise yesterday, I received your package in the mail, can't wait to wear my pin to my next chemo treatment.
Yesterday was a really rough day for me, after having a wonderful day on Wednesday, my friend picked me up, and I had lunch with all my co-workers at Red Lobster. Then she took me to my echo-cardiogram, and then to Rite-Aid to stock up on OTC products. That evening, the muscle pain set in and I felt like I slipped back 4 days, after one good day. Things are getting better.
Just wanted you to know how much your package meant to me on a really down day. Lovey dubby

Charleen, I got my pin too! Thank you so much for sharing your creative artwork with us only you would think of putting a pink "FLAG!" hat on your Charley boy and then turning the image into such a fun pin... I love the long eyelashes on my Charley pin... need to get a photo of it! Joyanna loved her flower-bedecked pony, too.

I already got a big hands up from a few at our Breast Cancer Center where I wore it yesterday. It is just adorable and I can't tell you how much it boosted my spirit! Again, thanks my friend, Charlie and you will be with me every day and I will cherish this pin for a lifetime!
