| This might be one of the biggest workplace questions. The answer depends on your personal desire for privacy vs. support and also depends on how you think your boss and co-workers will respond. Some managers are wonderfully supportive about flexible schedules, time off when needed, etc. Others might react to this diagnosis by looking for a reason to give you a pink slip. Most workplaces are probably somewhere in the middle, so it's a judgment call. Share your thoughts and experiences here... we can help each other figure things out.
