2012 SPRING MEADOW ORDER

this order is now written in stone. no cancellations from this point on. march 8 2012

Susan is getting everyone totalled now and payment is due now ( talk to susan if you need a little time). but they are charging susan's card today so we need to get it paid back.

Quoting: spreadsheet
http://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AjtJV24Qke7SdG5F...

You will have 2 payments on this sale. one for plants and one for shipping after the fact. everytime you or i make a paypal transaction we are charged 30 cents so there will be no more routine refunding going on at mamajack's because susan is a depression age human and i am just cheap.

STILL OPEN FOR ORDERS but hurry some varieties are selling out.

QUIK TURNS
buddleia miss molly
caryopteris petit blue
chaenomeles........... pink.......scarlet............orange
hydrangea........... incrediball......quik fire
oso rose........... paprika........honey bun
viburnum....................blue muffin (ships may 14)......... brandywine
barberry sunjoy gold pillow

THESE WERE ORDERED OUT OF THE GOODNESS OF MY HEART and because physocarpus is native and because i thought i could oversummer these varieties if i needed to........but somebody better take 'em

4 in. pots
sambucas black lace
lonicera harlequin
thuja green giant......CANCELLED
daphne summer ice

THIS IS 19 TRAYS!!!

We are going to handle the payments on this one a little differently this time.

You will need to pay for your plants, fees, etc. but shipping will NOT be included.

This will mean that you will have to make two payments, but I think it is the easiest way to do this.

I will total you up and pink you, and you will need to be paid in full BEFORE your plants can be shipped.

When mama knows your shipping amount, you will then need to pay the shipping total.

as far as paypal goes, this will cost you an extra 30 cents, but it will save me a ton of problems trying to refund shipping or collect extra.

Spring Meadow Shrubs
http://www.springmeadownursery.com/home

if we order in the spring we must order 15 trays.
if we order in the fall we must order 9 trays.

i am not sure if we can muster 15 trays in the spring. if we don't and yall are agreeable we can hold this order until the fall when it's easier to make quotas. please let us know if you would only want plants in the spring.

There are several ways to buy plants from Spring Meadow but the most economical for the way we do things is to just buy the biggest plants or the Quik Turns which are about quart sized. we have to buy 16 of each plant.

From the interest thread i took all the selections you asked about and priced them below in the 2nd post. If other plants are requested i will price them and add them to the 2nd post. Once i see what it is that we will be ordering i will make a list for the first post so that everyone can see what we will be ordering.

As you see i have no plant choices in this the first post as we don't know yet what we will be buying. As you order Susan will work up a spreadsheet. No matter the selection we must buy 16 of each and i will cancel any variety not making that cut.
The only variation in that is the American Beauty Harlequin Lonicera. That one only is in a 4 in. pot and we have to buy 18.

Because i have no plant choices listed we will have to add as we go. I can't ask for a selection to be held until I know what it is that we want. And once i know what it is the plant may not be available. So this will take some back and forth with the company to figure out.

ORDER FEES AND TAXES
2.00 order fee
texas residents pay 8.25% sales tax.

SHIPPING TO YOU
i will take shipment march 11. shipment to you will begin march 18.
here is the shipping schedule......
1-2...........9.60
3..........,,,,10.60
4-8 ...........11.60
9- 12........15.60
13-15...........20.60
over 15..........25.60

YOU NEED A DIFFERENT SHIPPING TIME
please add 25 cents per plant per month that you want me to hold plants. in other words if you order 10 plants and want me to wait till anytime in april please add 2.50. if you want me to wait till may please add 5.00. all plants must be gone by mid may.

GUARANTEE
plants are guaranteed to be alive upon arrival only. These plants will ship by themselves no matter what other plants i may have available at the time for the most part.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
once the order is turned in to spring meadow no cancellations will be allowed. Please only order if you intend to see this through. the only time i am going to allow refunds is IF we don't order enough for a spring shipment and most of the group wants to wait till fall. and if you don't want fall shipment i will allow you to cancel.

WHEN YOU ORDER
from the 2nd post you can see what i have listed and priced. some are specific plants but some are series plants. if you order a plant from a series BE SURE AND SAY WHICH ONE OF THE SERIES YOU WANT. with that in mind after a week or two i will cull varieties that are not as popular as others. so please stay tuned and check the spreadsheet often to see how your order is shaping up. and by all means call our attention to any mistakes. this is not going to be easy for susan to keep track of until we arrive at the selections that we will actually be ordering. thanks to everyone for helping us.

AND BY ALL MEANS make a new post every time you change your order.

MONEY MONEY MONEY.......i forgot to tell you about the money.
half payments will be due once we have reached the quota of at least 15 trays AND simultaneous to that spring meadow has confirmed our order and shipment date. final payment will be due march 1 or so. whatever the date is for the first week is fine.

talk to susan anytime on your orders and payments. she works with everybody when she can. no matter if i do make fun of her from time to time for being a lazy employee at mamajack's. she really does do a "bang up" job. (susan do YOU think you do a bang up job?

bang bang =^..^=
************************************************************************************************************************
January 25......LOOKS LIKE we have our order HOWEVER
you may still order any variety not on the following list. i wanted to get plants held just in case so i chose the top 17 ( we only need 15) that we have ordered so far. but in the event another choice comes out on top we can still add subject to availability of course. so please continue to order exactly what you want.

Hilarious! I know but I'm gonna try then in a spot right by my back door that gets sun until about 10am then shade the rest of the day. Just trying and hoping. I love hydrangeas but they always dye on me. A friend of mine has 3 in those conditions and they have done well for her. We'll see if they do as well for me Hilarious!
