There isn't much sweeter than the relationship between certain dogs and cats. I don't pretend to understand how it happens, but it does. Here is the story of two dogs and their cats.
Lee Anne: That is so cute ... it's like Lucky attached to Sandi as though Sandi were his mom. And, it sounds like Klick knew exactly what to do to win over Pepper and make friends. What a wonderful critter family you have!
In the past we've had both dogs and cats and they have gotten along fine but I don't recall them ever interacting like yours do! What a great story!
No matter what Wallingford says - he is not, not, not getting his own dog! Sweet article - makes me wish I didn't have to spend so much time away from home working.

I'll bet Wallingford would love to have his own dog!
I'm sure he understands that you're not home enough to have a dog. Just tell him that he'd have to walk the dog while you're gone and I bet he'll give up the idea

Lee Anne, I completely agree! I have one little mutt dog that has his own cat and a few others, too. However, Fancy adores Snickers. She has no relationship with any of the other cats, but if Snickers is around, that's where she is, cuddling, rubbing herself all over him and - I wish you could see this - giving him a massage. She puts her paws up on his head or shoulders, closes her eyes and massages away, purring all the while!
Love your photos. Those are adorable dogs and cats.
