We loved her for 16 years and still miss her so much and to this day we still often mistakenly call our new Yellow lab Maggie. Her name is Phoebe but she acts just like Maggie did when she was young.
Gandolf was with us for 13 years. He was my wedding ring. We went to look for antique settings and came back with Gandolf
So sorry for your losses. But what a sweet story and memory of Gandolf (love the name). And hopefully Phoebe will help heal some of the pain of losing Maggie.
