Goodness Cheryl, at first was thrilled by the good news and then see there are other worries. Seems like when the immune system is compromised every thing happens.
Will continue to pray for good health for both of you.

Isak, I'm so sorry that you are feeling ill again. Same as above. Immune system.
I pray for you each and every day.

Tonight I spent several hours at the barn with a sick horse. *sigh* Thank goodness she is ok.

We are in the process of the same, Isak. At our advanced years, we just do a little each day. No longer have the stamina to do forty things in one day.

Agree, we are not couch potatoes but don't seem to accomplish very much. All the time we are doing one thing, something else is coming un-done.

I am always redoing everything behind the animals. One of them is always destroying something. Usually fences. I have worked on the goat fence everyday for 5 days now. I am almost to the point of selling one of them because she cannot stay in the fence.

I am very concerned about DH's nose. The swelling is now under his eyes and into the inner corner of his eyes. Please pray it does not get into his eyes. We are still putting antibiotic drops in hsi eyes from the cataract surgeries.

Went to the cardiologist today. Good and bad. There is heart disease. Diminished blood flow has caused problems with kidneys but won't know to what extent until a stress test in 6 weeks. Doc says they are ok for now. Changed the dosage of one BP med and added another. Foot doc added another antibiotic. Swelling is down. DH was feeling awful after we got home from town. He took his new antibiotic and went to sleep. When I finished 1/2 the feeding I made supper for him. He felt better after he ate and went back to sleep. He woke up a bit ago ad says his nose feels much better. It's not nearly so red and he says it is not sore now. PTL!!!

I'm so glad he is feeling better Cheryl. I pray for continued improvement. I hope you get some rest too. I know it's tough on the care takers.

I agree with Debbie. you take care of yourself too, if you tire out yourself too much, you won't be much help to your DH, so do rest when you can.
And i hope DH continues to feel better.
