Woo Hoo!!!!!!!! Jumping up and down here... Thank you so much Trish!!!! vic

Thanks, Trish! I'll have to check a few out. The Joann Fabrics near me can be so iffy.

Wheeeeee!!! I just spent the entire day browsing every corner of fabric.com I even bought fabric! Linen and madras plaid. SO CHEAP! Oh, this is exciting. I didn't get to fondle the fabric, but it was fun. It had never occurred to me to buy fabric online until you suggested yesterday. Now I'm gonna get myself in trouble! It was so hard to toss things out of my cart. Thank you Trish!

It's one of life's little addictions, fabric is.
|
|||
Yes it is. I have many, many addictions like that.

Sofonisba, fabric.com is dangerous ;0 I have some absolutely divine linen/tensel blend from them. It was such a good price. I think I bought 4 yds of 3 different colors. I have no clue what I'm going to do with it yet...beautiful drape, vivid colors, soft hand- yum! I also love how they have free shipping over $35. It's pretty easy to come up to that amount! Shipping for fabric can be very expensive. My little spot NOW SHIPPING: soy candles, mango body butter, and peppermint foot cream

One of my favorites for finding goodies is an eBay store called Phillyfabrics. The have many batik and different fabrics. They too can be addicting. May the Warm Winds of Heaven Blow softly upon your house. May the Great Spirit Bless all who enter there. May your Moccasins Make Happy Tracks in many snows, and may the Rainbow Always touch your shoulder. Cherokee Prayer Blessing

Trish, the free shipping for $35 orders, plus the money back guarantee had me hooked! Can't wait to see what you'll do with the linen/tencel. Are all your children girls? I'm sure you can think of something! I have one boy. He's 14 and wants to wear only black these days. Phillyfabrics sounds nice!

I love batik! I used to batik using silk, haven't done that in years. Hancocks in Paducah, KY carries some lovely batiks too. I'll have to check out Phillyfabrics. Thanks.

A very good source if you are looking for a specific fabric or design is : fabshophop.com it is access to hundreds of shops all over the country. Just ask for what you are looking for and any shops that carry it will answer. I was looking for girly western prints and had twenty some answers in just a few hours.

Good to know, Karen, thanks.

Two boys, two girls, sounds nice! I'm one of four children. I wanted more for myself, but one seems to be it for me. It's okay. He's a real good one.
