This is a mystery quilt I recently finished piecing. Must find a good backing for it now....Then get it quilted...
And this is the border material which was the basis for the color choices.

Barb its easy to tie a quilt and its fast
I learned it for my very first quit Many Many years ago I use it all the time as people don't want to pay the price for hand quilted and im not very good at machine quilting it holds up very well
Thanks for the links Cheryl. I'm in the middle of getting dinner but i'll check it out soon. This is the beginning of one for my best friend. She wanted floral material in it but she didn't want the quilt to look girly. So here is what I've started.
